This series of transverse shearing line is for uncoiling, leveling and fixed-length cutting metal coil plates and stacking the flat panel veneers. It is applicable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and surface-plated metal materials.

The CNC roller automatic feeding shearing device can automatically cut materials with fixed length. It adopts high-precision, low-noise and large-torque stepper motor, microcomputer programmable control, CNC fixed-length, LCD, and automatic counting; the shearing mechanism adopts air cylinder (or oil cylinder) to drive the cutter to work. Users can also choose servo system for fixed-length feeding if needed.
